A Swap-Free account lets you trade CFDs without overnight interest, this aligns with Islamic finance principles. Instead of swaps, a flat admin fee may apply if trades stay open longer than 14 days.

There are no fees for positions held up to 14 days. From day 15 onward, a fixed admin fee applies per open position.

It covers non-interest costs from liquidity providers when positions stay open long-term. ICM.com passes on these charges as an execution-only broker.

Yes. The fee is pre-agreed, transparent, and not interest-based. 

The fee starts on day 15 of an open position. The first 14 days are fee-free, giving clients flexibility within the account’s terms.

Swap-free accounts are designed for clients following the Muslim faith who wish to avoid interest-based trading. Requests are subject to ICM.com’s internal review and approval 

To request a swap-free account, first complete the standard registration on ICM.com. Once your account is active, contact our support team at support@icm.com to request a swap-free account, our team will guide you though the next steps.

ICM.com will invoke this right in case of suspicion of abuse, in which case ICM.com may, at its sole discretion, decide to close all open positions in the account and deduct or add swaps for all transactions currently and/or previously made in the account and decline from accepting any further requests from the Client to be exempted from SWAP.
